The TGA Experience

​Our founder, Olympic Gold Medalist Scott Johnson, has found that there needs to be higher standards in training fundamental gymnastics and tumbling skills.  It is through this developmental environment that creates the path for each student to maximize their abilities and grow in higher skill levels.

This recreational environment does not focus on preparing students for competition but focuses on giving each student the skills needed to reach the goals they desire.  Whether the student has future gymnastics ambitions, cheerleading ambitions, dance, or simply want to enjoy the sport of gymnastics and tumbling- the TGA Experience is a great steppingstone for these ambitions.

Scott Johnson has a simple philosophy he uses to create the success that TGA has developed:

   “A person is only going to succeed in something they love to do.”

It is this philosophy that has catapulted him to achieve Olympic Gold status.  Through this mind-set,  the TGA Experience has created an environment centered around positive and constructive training measures in a fun and energetic environment.

Scott Johnson is a USA two-time Olympian, winning the Gold Medal in 1984 and being nominated Olympic team captain in 1988. He began his professional gymnastics career competing for the University of Nebraska, where he was part of the team that won five consecutive NCAA titles, four during his tenure.
